I use a flexible combination of therapeutic models based on each client's needs. Your process is unique. So is your therapy.
For 18 years I’ve combined face-to-face and online therapy, guaranteeing an identical sense of presence in both. Research supports the effectiveness of video therapy as equal to in-person sessions. Plus, offering comfort and accessibility increases the likelihood of starting and completing treatment successfully.
Excessive, disproportionate worry, constant alertness, irritability, sleep issues, physical symptoms.
Sudden episodes of extreme fear or anxiety without real danger—symptoms like palpitations, trembling, shortness of breath, chest pressure, derealization or depersonalization.
May develop into panic disorder if recurrent.
Intense, irrational fear of specific objects or situations (animals, natural phenomena, medical procedures, etc.).
Intense fear in social or performance situations due to fear of being judged, observed, or humiliated. Can be deeply distressing and disabling.
Intense fear of places or situations that are hard to escape (crowded public spaces, public transport, being alone outside).
Obsessive intrusive thoughts (e.g., fear of germs, constant doubt, need for symmetry), and compulsive behaviors or mental rituals to reduce anxiety.
Psychology with soul and science. My approach is humanistic and integrative, attending to the whole person (body‑mind). I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and EMDR, specializing in trauma, somatic work, and neuroplasticity.
