I hold a degree in Psychology (Clinical branch) and a Master\u2019s in Health Psychology. Registered Psychologist CV 10.898, accredited by the Spanish Ministry of Health as a Clinical General Psychologist.<\/i>\n

\nI work with adults and adolescents. \n
\n
\nMy approach is humanistic and integrative, attending to the whole person (body\u2011mind). I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and EMDR, specializing in trauma, somatic work, and neuroplasticity.\n

\nTherapy with me is a safe space<\/strong>, where we work together as a team toward the same goal\u2014cultivating a secure environment for being yourself. As I like to say in our first session, I work from the basic premises of full confidentiality and non\u2011judgment: here there are no good or bad, guilty or innocent\u2026 the criterion is what is healthy and what isn\u2019t. I offer absolute respect for your story and experience. \n

\nI\u2019m Spanish but have lived many years in the Netherlands working in international settings. I can therefore offer therapy in Spanish, English, and Dutch.<\/i>\n
